About Me
I am an award-winning producer with nearly ten years of experience in documentary, television, and digital production. My portfolio comprises work ranging from two-minute news of day reports to two-hour documentaries to branded and bespoke digital features.
I produce content on an extensive array of subjects — the Cricket World Cup, vegans in the NFL, high-profile murder cases, natural disasters, political campaigns, Supreme Court cases — managing every type of personality imaginable along the way. I’m experienced in every facet of the production process, from pitching and investigation through post-production and promotion of the final product. I produce live shots in the field, in-studio interviews, highly stylized five- and six-camera interviews, verité shoots, and everything in between.
I am an expert multitasker able to juggle years-long follows and thrive under crash timelines, crafting specials from conception to 40-minute deliverables in less than a week. I’m a clear communicator, adaptable, decisive, and calm under pressure. I consider myself a problem solver and competitor above all else. In unscripted productions, even the best laid plans often fall victim to unpredictable human behavior. Whether I’m traveling around the world, lugging 15 cases of gear, or sitting in the control room directing, I am always competing with myself and the situation (and at times, opposing news divisions) for the most engaging and polished product possible.
I’m passionate about unearthing powerful stories and bringing them to life in a way that captivates and informs. I’m especially interested in sports and athletes’ stories as a reflection of our wider society.
I prioritize a comfortable and enjoyable set for all involved and pride myself on authenticity, creative thinking, and exceeding client expectations.
I look forward to working together in the near future!
